1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply when you visit rentadriver.ae, request a quotation, arrange a driver trial, or use the monthly full-time driver services provided by Blue Chauffeur.

By confirming a booking or making payment, you agree to these Terms and any quotation or service agreement issued to you.

2. Our Service

Blue Chauffeur provides its own hired professional drivers for monthly full-time arrangements in the UAE.

The customer provides the vehicle that the assigned driver will operate.

Blue Chauffeur does not:

  • Rent or supply vehicles
  • Provide cars together with drivers
  • Offer individual trips or one-time bookings
  • Offer airport-transfer services
  • Operate as a taxi or limousine company

The exact working days, hours, location, start date, responsibilities, and monthly price will be confirmed before the service begins.

3. Quotations and Booking Confirmation

A quotation is based on the information provided by the customer, including:

  • Service location
  • Required working schedule
  • Preferred start date
  • Vehicle type
  • Nature of the driver’s responsibilities
  • Any additional requirements

A driver is not confirmed until Blue Chauffeur has approved the arrangement and the required payment or booking confirmation has been received.

Quotations may be revised if the customer’s requirements change.

4. Driver Trial and Selection

Where available, Blue Chauffeur may arrange an introduction or trial before the monthly service is confirmed.

The purpose of the trial is to allow the customer to assess the driver’s suitability, communication, and general conduct.

A specific driver cannot be guaranteed until the assignment is formally confirmed.

5. Customer’s Vehicle

The customer is responsible for providing a vehicle that is:

  • Properly registered
  • Roadworthy and regularly maintained
  • Covered by valid UAE motor insurance
  • Suitable for the agreed responsibilities
  • Supplied with sufficient fuel or charging
  • Equipped with all legally required documents and safety equipment

The customer is responsible for vehicle expenses, including fuel, charging, parking, Salik, maintenance, servicing, registration, and insurance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Blue Chauffeur does not own, rent, or supply the customer’s vehicle.

6. Driver Responsibilities

The assigned driver will perform the agreed driving responsibilities professionally and respectfully.

Drivers are expected to:

  • Follow UAE traffic laws
  • Handle the customer’s vehicle with reasonable care
  • Follow the confirmed working schedule
  • Maintain appropriate professional conduct
  • Respect customer privacy
  • Report accidents, damage, or operational issues promptly
  • Use customer information only for the assigned service

The driver must not be asked to perform unlawful, unsafe, or unrelated duties.

7. Working Schedule

The driver’s working days, hours, weekly rest days, and service location will be agreed before the service begins.

Requests outside the agreed schedule may:

  • Require advance approval
  • Be subject to driver availability
  • Result in additional charges
  • Require a revised service arrangement

Permanent schedule changes must be approved by Blue Chauffeur.

8. Fees and Payment

The monthly fee will be stated in the quotation, invoice, or service agreement.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Payments must be made by the due date
  • Additional approved hours or responsibilities may be charged separately
  • Government charges, taxes, or payment-processing charges may apply
  • Blue Chauffeur may suspend the service if payment remains overdue after notice

Payments already made are subject to the cancellation terms stated in the customer’s quotation or service agreement.

9. Traffic Fines, Parking and Salik

The customer is normally responsible for:

  • Salik charges
  • Parking fees
  • Vehicle-related charges
  • Registration or insurance penalties
  • Fines caused by vehicle condition or documentation

Traffic fines relating to the driver’s conduct will be reviewed based on the circumstances, available records, the service agreement, and applicable UAE law.

The customer should inform Blue Chauffeur promptly after receiving any fine connected with the assigned driver.

10. Accidents and Vehicle Damage

Any accident, vehicle damage, or safety incident must be reported immediately to:

  • The relevant UAE authorities where required
  • The customer
  • Blue Chauffeur
  • The customer’s vehicle insurer

Insurance claims involving the customer’s vehicle will normally be handled under the customer’s motor-insurance policy.

Neither the customer nor the driver should admit liability or privately settle an accident without following the applicable legal and insurance procedures.

11. Replacement Drivers

If an assigned driver becomes unavailable, Blue Chauffeur will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable replacement.

Replacement availability may depend on:

  • Required schedule
  • Service location
  • Driver availability
  • Customer requirements
  • The circumstances causing the absence

Blue Chauffeur cannot guarantee that a replacement will always be available immediately or that the replacement will be the same driver previously assigned.

12. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Treat the driver respectfully
  • Maintain a safe working environment
  • Avoid requesting illegal or dangerous activities
  • Avoid asking the driver to exceed safe or lawful working limits
  • Provide reasonable access to required service locations
  • Inform Blue Chauffeur about schedule or service changes
  • Pay agreed fees on time

Blue Chauffeur may suspend or terminate the service where a driver faces abuse, harassment, unsafe conditions, unlawful instructions, or repeated breaches of the agreed arrangement.

13. Cancellation and Termination

Cancellation notice requirements and any applicable charges will be stated in the quotation or service agreement.

Blue Chauffeur may suspend or terminate the service where:

  • Payments remain overdue
  • False or misleading information was provided
  • The vehicle is unsafe or uninsured
  • The driver is treated improperly
  • The customer requests unlawful activities
  • The customer repeatedly breaches the agreed schedule or responsibilities
  • Continuing the service creates a safety or legal risk

Any outstanding fees remain payable after termination.

14. Service Availability

Driver availability may vary according to location, schedule, start date, and customer requirements.

Blue Chauffeur may refuse or postpone a request where a suitable driver is unavailable.

Unexpected events such as illness, emergencies, severe weather, government restrictions, road closures, or other circumstances outside reasonable control may affect service availability.

15. Liability

Blue Chauffeur will take reasonable care in selecting, assigning, and managing its hired drivers.

However, Blue Chauffeur is not responsible for losses caused by:

  • Unsafe or poorly maintained vehicles
  • Invalid vehicle registration or insurance
  • Instructions outside the agreed service
  • Customer-provided information that is incorrect
  • Personal items left inside the vehicle
  • Events outside Blue Chauffeur’s reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded under UAE law.

16. Website Information

We aim to keep the information on rentadriver.ae accurate and current.

Website content is general information and does not by itself confirm:

  • Driver availability
  • Final pricing
  • A particular working schedule
  • Assignment of a specific driver

The written quotation or service agreement will take priority if it differs from general website content.

17. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Customer information may be provided to the assigned Blue Chauffeur driver only where reasonably required to perform the monthly service.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, operational requirements, or legal obligations change.

The latest version will be published on rentadriver.ae with an updated revision date.

Changes will not replace specific written terms already agreed with a customer unless both parties agree or the change is legally required.

19. Governing Law

These Terms and the monthly service arrangement are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly between the parties will be submitted to the competent courts of the UAE, subject to any jurisdiction stated in the signed service agreement.
